Getting Started with TeamMap
Get up and running in just a few minutes.
Platform:
Download the App

Set Up Your Account
Open TeamMap
Find the TeamMap icon on your phone and tap to open.
Sign In
- Tap Sign In
- Enter your email and password
- Tap Sign In
Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and check your email.
Allow Location Access
When prompted, tap Allow for location access.
⚠️
Important: Choose “Always Allow” for the best experience. This lets TeamMap share your location with your team even when the app is in the background.
Allow Notifications
Tap Allow when asked about notifications to receive:
- New messages from your team
- Task assignments and updates
- Shift and schedule reminders
- SOS emergency alerts
