Common Questions

What if I can’t reach a checkpoint?

Skip the checkpoint and add a reason (e.g., “Area blocked”, “Unsafe conditions”). Your supervisor will be notified.

Can I complete checkpoints out of order?

Depends on route settings. Some routes enforce sequential completion; others allow any order.

What if the sensor doesn’t work?

  1. Try removing your phone case
  2. Move the phone slowly around the sensor
  3. If it still fails, use the Manual Override option (if enabled) or contact your supervisor

How do I know how to verify?

The app shows what to do at each checkpoint. Look for the tap, scan, or location icon.

Can I see the route on a map?

Yes! Tap the Map tab when viewing a route to see all checkpoints and your current location.
