Plan and execute patrol routes with checkpoint verification.
Quick Access
What is a Route?
A route is a sequence of checkpoints that team members visit in order. Routes are used for:
- Security patrols - Regular rounds through a property
- Inspections - Systematic checks of equipment or areas
- Deliveries - Multi-stop delivery routes
- Maintenance - Scheduled maintenance rounds
Route Components
| Component | Description |

| Waypoints | Optional stops along the way |
| Verification | How to prove you visited (tap sensor, scan code, or location) |
| Schedule | When the route should be completed |
| Time Limits | How long you should spend at each stop |

Common Questions
What if I can’t reach a checkpoint?
Skip the checkpoint and add a reason (e.g., “Area blocked”, “Unsafe conditions”). Your supervisor will be notified.
Can I complete checkpoints out of order?
Depends on route settings. Some routes enforce sequential completion; others allow any order.
What if the sensor doesn’t work?
- Try removing your phone case
- Move the phone slowly around the sensor
- If it still fails, use the Manual Override option (if enabled) or contact your supervisor
How do I know how to verify?
The app shows what to do at each checkpoint. Look for the tap, scan, or location icon.
Can I see the route on a map?
Yes! Tap the Map tab when viewing a route to see all checkpoints and your current location.
