Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter or confirm your payment method
  5. Your upgrade takes effect immediately

When upgrading mid-cycle, you are only charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.


Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.

Updating Payment

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on your current method
  3. Update the details
  4. Click Save

Invoices

View and download past invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices
  2. Click on any invoice to view details
  3. Click Download PDF for your records

Free Tier Limits

On the Free plan, the following limits apply:

  • 2 members maximum
  • 1 location saved
  • 1 GB file storage
  • 1 channel for messaging
  • Core features only (Map, Tasks, Messaging, Shifts)

When you reach a limit, you will see an upgrade prompt. No data is lost - upgrade at any time to unlock your existing data.

⚠️

If your organization exceeds free tier limits (e.g., after a downgrade), existing data is preserved but new items cannot be created until you upgrade or reduce usage.


Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization reverts to the Free tier.
