What data can the AI access?
The AI can access the same data you can see in TeamMap: tasks, events, team locations, chat history, and activity logs.
Are my conversations private?
AI queries from the search panel are private to you. AI responses in channels are visible to all channel members.
How accurate is the AI?
The AI provides information based on your current data. Always verify critical information, especially for safety-related decisions.
Why can’t the AI answer my question?
The AI may not be able to answer if:
- The information isn’t in your TeamMap data
- You’re asking about external information
- The question is too vague
- You don’t have permission to access that data
Is the AI always available?
The AI Assistant requires an internet connection and is subject to your organization’s feature availability.
