Tasks

Tasks are assignments for you or your team to complete.

Viewing Your Tasks

1. Tap the Tasks icon in the navigation
2. See all tasks assigned to you in a list
3. Pull down to refresh

Task Status

Starting a Task

1. Tap the task to open it
2. Tap Start in the action card at the bottom
3. The task status changes to “In Progress”

Completing a Task

Standard Completion

1. Open the task
2. Tap Complete in the action card
3. If verification is required, you’ll see the verification sheet

Verification Methods

Some tasks require verification before completion:

Claiming Tasks

If a task is unassigned, you can claim it:

1. Open the unassigned task
2. Tap Claim Task
3. The task is now assigned to you

Get Directions

For tasks with a location:

1. Open the task
2. Tap Get Directions
3. Your phone’s Maps app opens with navigation to the task location

Forms on Tasks

Some tasks require you to fill out a form to complete them:

1. Open the task
2. See attached forms in the Details tab
3. Tap a form template to start filling it out
4. Submit the form to complete the task requirement

Task Chat

Each task has its own chat for team communication:

1. Open the task
2. Tap the Chat tab
3. Send messages about this specific task

Routes

Routes are a sequence of tasks or checkpoints to visit in order.

Following a Route

1. Open the route from your task list
2. See all stops listed in order
3. Navigate to each stop
4. Complete each checkpoint task
5. Some checkpoints may require NFC/QR verification

Common Questions

I can’t complete my task

Make sure you’ve:

• Met any verification requirements (scan QR/NFC, be at location)
• Filled out required forms
• Have internet connection (or wait to sync)

How do I scan NFC tags?

1. Tap Complete on a task requiring NFC
2. Hold your phone near the NFC tag
3. Wait for the confirmation beep/vibration

I don’t see my tasks

Try:

1. Pull down to refresh (mobile) or click refresh (web)
2. Check the filter settings
3. Ask your manager if tasks were assigned to you
