What are Certifications?
Certifications track your team’s qualifications, licenses, and training records. Stay compliant by monitoring expiration dates and renewal requirements.
Certification Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Valid and current |
| Expiring Soon | Expires within 30 days |
| Expired | Past expiration date |
| Pending | Awaiting verification |
| Revoked | Certification invalidated |
Viewing Certifications
- Go to your Profile
- Tap Certifications
- See all your certifications and their status
- Tap any certification for details
Certification Types

Expiration Tracking
Certifications marked “Expiring Soon” need attention within 30 days.
Notifications
You’ll receive notifications when:
- A certification is expiring soon
- A certification has expired
- A renewal is due
Check your notifications regularly to stay current.
Renewing Certifications
- Open the certification
- Tap Request Renewal
- Upload new documentation
- Submit for supervisor approval
Common Questions
How do I upload my certification?
Open the certification and tap Upload Document. Take a photo or select from your files.
What happens when a certification expires?
The certification status changes to Expired and notifications are sent to you and your supervisor. Some job functions may be restricted until renewed.
Can I set reminders for renewals?
You’ll receive push notifications when certifications are expiring. Enable notifications in your app settings.
How do I prove my certifications to clients?
Ask your supervisor to generate a certification report from the web app.
