Invite users, manage roles, and control team access.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (Admin, Manager, Dispatcher, Member, or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invite

The user will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Invited users count toward your plan’s member limit. Check your billing page for current usage.


Managing Members

Viewing the Member List

The Team page shows all active members with:

  • Name and profile photo
  • Assigned role
  • Last active timestamp
  • Online/offline status

Editing a Member

  1. Click on a member’s name
  2. Update their role, display name, or contact info
  3. Click Save

Deactivating a Member

  1. Click the member’s name
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. Confirm the action

Deactivated members lose access immediately but their data is preserved. You can reactivate them later.

⚠️

Deactivating a member does not delete their historical data (tasks completed, forms submitted, messages sent).


Bulk Actions

Select multiple members to:

  • Change role - assign a new role to all selected
  • Deactivate - remove access for multiple users at once
  • Export - download member data as CSV
