Track your fleet, assign vehicles to team members, and monitor vehicle status.

What is Vehicle Tracking?

Vehicle tracking lets you manage your organization’s fleet. Assign vehicles to team members, track their location via GPS hardware, and maintain a full vehicle registry.

Adding a Vehicle

1. Open the Vehicles section
2. Tap Add Vehicle
3. Enter the vehicle details (make, model, plate number, VIN)
4. Optionally assign it to a team member
5. Tap Save

Assigning Vehicles

Assign a vehicle to a team member so it appears linked on the map:

1. Open the vehicle details
2. Click Assign
3. Select a team member
4. The vehicle icon now appears alongside the member on the map

GPS Hardware Integration

Connect physical GPS trackers to vehicles for real-time location:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Device Tracking
2. Add your tracker’s IMEI or device ID
3. Link it to a vehicle
4. The vehicle’s location updates automatically on the map

FAQ

Can I track vehicles without a GPS device?

Vehicles without a hardware tracker show their last known location based on the assigned member’s phone GPS.

How do I remove a vehicle?

Open the vehicle details and click Delete. The vehicle is soft-deleted and can be restored if needed.
