Viewing Your Schedule
- Tap Shifts in the navigation
- See your upcoming shifts in a list
- Pull down to refresh
Shift Details
Each shift shows:
- Scheduled time - Start and end times
- Location - Where to work
- Assigned user - Who is scheduled
- Status - Scheduled, Active, or Completed
- Client/Job - Associated client and job details
Checking In
When your shift starts:
- Open your shift
- Tap Clock In
- Select a check-in method:

| Location | Select from predefined locations (sorted by distance) |
| Current Position | Use your GPS coordinates |
| Custom Coordinates | Enter lat/lng manually |
| NFC Tag | Scan an NFC tag at the location |
| QR Code | Scan a QR code at the location |
| Event | Check-in to a nearby active event |

Complete verification (if required):
- Photo - Take a selfie with front camera
- GPS - Must be within the geofence radius
- Post Order - Review and acknowledge the post order document

Confirm check-in
If GPS is required, you must be within the allowed distance of the location. A progress bar shows how close you are.
Checking Out
When your shift ends:
- Open the active shift
- Tap Clock Out
- Complete any verification requirements:
- Photo verification (if enabled)
- Location confirmation
- Confirm clock-out
- Your shift is complete
After clocking out, you can create a Daily Activity Report (DAR) to document your shift.
GPS & Location Verification
Shifts can require location verification for clock-in/out:
Verification Modes
| Mode | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Flag Only | Records location but doesn’t block check-in |
| Enforce | Blocks check-in if outside the geofence |
GPS Display
When GPS is required:
- See your distance from the location
- Progress bar shows proximity
- GPS accuracy displayed (±X meters)
- If outside geofence, a warning appears
Post Orders
Some shifts require acknowledging post orders before check-in:
- Tap Clock In
- Post Order modal appears
- Review the complete document
- Tap Acknowledge to continue
- Proceed with check-in
You only need to acknowledge a post order once per version. If it’s updated, you’ll be asked to review again.
Photo Verification
When photo verification is enabled:
- After selecting check-in method, camera opens
- Take a selfie (front camera)
- Review and confirm or retake
- Photo is attached to your check-in record
Photos are stored securely and visible to supervisors.
Live Duration Tracking
While clocked in:
- See a live timer showing hours worked
- Timer updates every second
- Duration shown in shift header
Claiming Shifts
For open or claimable shifts:
- View the shift details
- Tap Claim Shift
- The shift is assigned to you
Unassigned shifts can be claimed by any team member.
Activity Summary
After completing a shift, you can create a Daily Activity Report (DAR) that summarizes all activities.
Timesheet & Overtime
Your worked hours are tracked automatically from clock-in to clock-out.
Events
Events are scheduled activities like meetings, training, or special assignments.
Viewing Events
Events appear as a check-in method option. Nearby/recent events show when checking in.
Event Check-in
- Tap Clock In on a shift
- Select Event as check-in method
- Choose from nearby events (within 2 hours past or 24 hours future)
- Events sorted by distance
Common Questions
I can’t check in
Check that you:
- Have GPS/location enabled on your device
- Are within the required distance (if enforced)
- Have acknowledged the post order (if required)
- Have allowed camera access (if photo required)
My location shows incorrectly
- Go outside for better GPS signal
- Wait a few seconds for accuracy to improve
- Check that GPS is set to “High Accuracy” mode
My schedule is wrong

What’s the difference between check-in methods?
- Location - Best when at a known site
- GPS - For any location tracking
- NFC/QR - For verified presence at specific spots
- Event - When working an event
